A little bit about me...
Hi there! I am Andrea. Welcome! I am so happy you're here!
I would like to introduce myself. I am a horse crazy ranching wife and a mom to three kiddos (ages 11, 7 and almost 2). We live in a small ranching community in SE Oregon. I love to train and show reined cow horses and barrel horses. I am an online nutrition and fitness coach.
Living a healthy, fit lifestyle hasn’t always been my thing. Here’s a little about me:
I can remember not too long ago, sitting on the couch eating marshmallows out of the bag for lunch. I used to drink 6 diet Pepsis each day. After all, they were calorie free, so that’s ok, right? Some of my other bad habits were drinking a pot of coffee a day, eating Chips Ahoy Cookies by the bag, and making brownies and just eating the dough. My poor choices made me sick several times a year, left me with no energy, and gave me really dry, brittle hair, broke out skin, weak fragile nails. I’d sleep in late and nap in the afternoon. I hated how I looked! I couldn’t fit into my jeans and I felt bad about myself.
The negative consequences of my unhealthy lifestyle weren’t enough to get me to change. What finally did it for me was listening to other people’s transformation stories. I told myself, if they could do it so could I.
I just needed a starting point. I started looking for ways to feel better. I read everything I could get my hands on regarding nutrition and health. I signed up for holistic nutrition classes and started learning how to eat clean and restore nutrients to my body. I started working out every day. The journey wasn’t easy. My muscles ached from the workouts, I’d get headaches from the sugar withdrawals, and I’d have to get up really early to make sure I got my workout in. Believe me, it wasn’t all roses. In my quest to get fit and healthy, I found Beachbody. I bought P90X and made the commitment to push play every day. I made it through every workout. The feeling of accomplishment was incredible. Deciding to become a Beachbody Coach was natural for me as I had been looking for ways to help others regain control of their lives.
Now I share my journey with other people. From my home in SE Oregon, I am helping others get fit, eat right, and feel great. Adel is a tiny ranching town. My roots run deep here. There’s not much here besides clean, fresh air, sage brush, cows and horses, jack rabbits, my family, and really good people. There’s no freeway, no stop lights or sky scrapers. The population is really low. You can’t get any closer to nature and the cycle of life than right here on our ranch. As a Beachbody Coach I can help you reach your goals. I am all about helping people get fit and healthy. If I can do it, so can you!
