GUILT FREE FRUIT DIP

I wanted a way to curb my sugar cravings, jazz up my fruit and stay on track with my healthy eating. So I played around this morning with some ingredients I had in the fridge and pantry and came up with this delicious guilt free dip!

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt

2 Tbsp PB2

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

20 drops liquid Stevia sweetener

DIRECTIONS:

Stir all ingredients together with mixing spoon. Be sure to stir well. Sweeten to taste. Dip your favorite fruit - apples, bananas, strawberries, grapes...
